EasyBP is NOT a medical device. The App is designed for fitness and wellness purposes only. It should not be used for medical diagnosis, treatment, or as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Blood pressure readings entered via voice, camera OCR scan, or manual input are for personal tracking only. Camera-based heart rate measurements are approximate and may not be clinically accurate. The AHA blood pressure classification displayed is for informational reference only.
If you have concerns about your blood pressure or heart health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not make medical decisions based solely on information from this App.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
EasyBP offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features. Core features including voice input, camera scan, manual input, charts, and Apple Health sync are free forever.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
If offered, the free trial period begins when you subscribe. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, you will be automatically charged the subscription price.
All blood pressure readings, heart rate data, and medication reminders are stored locally on your device. No health data is uploaded to any server or shared with third parties. Voice and camera processing happens entirely on-device.

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Ashley Technology and protected by intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Ashley Technology does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that blood pressure classifications or heart rate measurements will be accurate. Use of the App and reliance on any measurements or classifications is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashley Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health decisions made based on the App's measurements or classifications.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
