Ashley Technology ("we", "our", or "us") built the Tap4Pulse app ("App") as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We are committed to your privacy. Tap4Pulse:

• Does not collect any personal information
• Does not track you across apps or websites
• Does not require an account or registration
• Does not upload your heart rate data to any server
• Does not share any data with third parties
• Does not display any advertisements

Data Storage

All your heart rate measurements, notes, and history are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to:

• Export a PDF report (via the share function)
• Sync to Apple Health (with your permission)

Apple Health Integration

If you choose to enable Apple Health sync, your heart rate measurements will be written to Apple Health on your device. This is handled entirely by Apple's HealthKit framework. We do not have access to any data in your Apple Health database.

Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as which features are used and crash reports) to improve the App. This data:

• Is completely anonymous and cannot identify you
• Does not include any health measurements
• Is processed by Apple's standard analytics framework

In-App Purchases

Tap4Pulse offers optional premium subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store. All payment information is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details.

We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous device identifier and purchase receipts from Apple. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
