Tap4Pulse is NOT a medical device. The App is designed for fitness and wellness purposes only. It should not be used for medical diagnosis, treatment, or as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Heart rate measurements are approximate and may not be clinically accurate. If you have concerns about your heart health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Tap4Pulse offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
If offered, the free trial period begins when you subscribe. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, you will be automatically charged the subscription price.
The App collects anonymous usage data through Firebase Analytics solely to improve the user experience. This data does not personally identify you. No health or heart rate data is shared with third parties.

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Ashley Technology and protected by intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Ashley Technology does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that heart rate measurements will be accurate. Use of the App and reliance on any measurements is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashley Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health decisions made based on the App's measurements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
